v-(ą) b/büi could express choice, permission plus determination with non-first person pronouns also although it is not too common :

spoken by someone from the audience, for instance. Notice, however, that with non-first person pronouns, the sense of determination that v-(a)b/büi carries relates to the speaker’s mind rather than to that of the subject of the sentence.
 

The negative of v- (a) b/büi is simple future negative (i.e. le mo) whereas the negative of v-ab/büi is ma-b/büi (= mo+ab/büi) :
