       Following gerunds are derived from verb roots by the addition of -a:na:. When followed by suffix, -n ending verbs take the oblique -d. Oblique - occurs after the verb un-’to drink’.
tin ‘eat’
tin-d-a:na: ‘eating’
man ‘live’
man-d-a:na: ‘living’
han ‘go’
han-d-a:na: ‘going’
in ‘say’
in-d-a:na: ‘saying’
pun ‘know’
pun-d-a:na: ‘knowing’
un ‘drink’
un--a:na: ‘drinking’
we:h ‘speak’
we:h-a:na: ‘speaking’
ko ‘write’
ko-a:na: ‘writing’
pan ‘make’
pan-a:na: ‘making’
nak ‘cut’
nak-a:na: ‘cutting’
       Nouns are also derived from the verbs by suffixing -le:.
kal ‘steat’
kal-le: ‘thief’
ka:s ‘to be hot’
ka:s-le ‘(the thing) which is hot’
‘to cook’
a-le: ‘(the food) which is cooked’
wa:y ‘to come’
wa:y-le: ‘the person who has come’
an ‘knit’
an-le ‘(the thing) which is knitted’
