In the initial two consonant clusters following consonants occur as the second memberr of the cluster.

p, ph, t, th, k, kh, ts, tsh, c, ch, v, s, z, sáá, m, mh, l, r, w, .

However, all consonants occurring as first member of the cluster do not occur with all consonants of the second group. Combinations of possible consonants occurring as first and second members are given below

1. p + 1    = pl
2. ph + y  = ph y
3. t + y    = ty
4. th + y  = th y
5. k + v   = kv
  k + y   = ky
6. kh + y  = kh y
7. m + p  = mp
8. m + ph  = mph
9. m + y  = my
10. n + t  = nt
  n + th = nth
  n + ts = nts
  n + tsh  = ntsh
  n + ch  = nch
  n + s   = ns
  n + z   = nz
  n +   = nsáá
    n + m   = nm
  n + mh = nmh
  n + l    = nl
  n + r = nr
11. nh + r = nh r
12. + k = k
13. + kh = kh
14. sáá + y = sááy
15. h + r = hr
16. h + w = hw.

From the above list it becomes clear that the maximum number of combinations of consonants as second member of cluster are with ‘n’.

The distribution of initial two consonant clusters is shown in the following table.
