(b) Infinitives + v2
 

Besides the base stems the infinitive forms can also occur as the first member in two forms i.e. in its direct form or oblique form (which is without the concord suffixes). When the infinitive form of transitive occurs in its direct form it agrees with the gender-number of the object otherwise it is always in masculine singular form. The second members are /caIye/ or /lo-/ inflected expressing the potential mood, &/p-/ ‘fall’ marking the obligate mood occur after the direct forms of the infinitive. In its oblique form the second members are /lg-/ marking inceptive and /de-/ marking permissive aspect and moods etc.
