Types of noun phrases
The following illustratins indicate the type of attributes that a head takes within a noun phrase.
(a)    Noun phrase + Verb phrase
(i) moati    naakinjou

(b)
The (i) and (ii) above can take the determiners as their attributes, whereas the other two with pronoun and an indefinite pronoun as head (iii) and (iv) respectively cannot take the determiners or any others as attributes.
(i) Possessive determiner
