1.4.2 Panjiri Yerava subgroups

There are three broad groups having affiliation to three gods. There are many subgroups under each god. They are:

1. God-pu:kari mage
The seven subgroups are:
baa:kumanju putturu
pu:dai ce:gai
anjila pañeli
pa:vue
 
2. God-karicate
The three subgroups are:
poduramanju e:vila
beica:lu ce:gai
anjila pañeli
pa:vue
 
3. God-ka:appe
It is clamimed that there are 23 subgroups.
But the informants could recall only 18 subgroups. They are:
ua:nguttu manjilera
kademale ka:lakou
kallila mommae
cainde tirumue
na:lapa:i ma:ace:ri
ma:ace:ri iemale
kaccele baepa
maraga:vu kuppetouve
mada:nguttu kuppelera
mudire
