vi) Aspiration is not noticed in Urali, Irula and Tamil.
vii) Nasalisation is lacking both in Irula and Urali, whereas it is quite common in Tamil.
On the basis of comparison of some of the lexical items common to both Tamil and Urali, some sporadic loss, change and addition of certain sounds are noticed in Urali vocabulary.
