The following declarative sentences can be questioned to have the nominal type of questions.
   i)  avä ka:ukke po:gä ‘He (is) going to (the) forest’
        he - forest (Dat.) - go (P.T.)
        evä ka:ukke pogä? ‘Who (mas.) (is) going to (the) forest?’
        who - forest (Dat.) - go (P.T.)
   ii)  ava pa:uga ‘She sings’
        she - sing (P.T.)
        eva pa:uga? ‘Who (Fem.) sings?
        who - sing (P.T.)
   iii)  adu mara:tti ė:Rinadu ‘That climbed the tree’
        that - tree (Loc.) - climbed (P.T. Neu.)
        edu mara:tti ė:Rinadu? ‘What climbed the tree?’
        what - tree (Loc.) - climbed (P.T.Neu.)
   iv)  avei ku:rekke varugina ‘Which (are) coming to (the) house’
        those - house (Dat.) - come (P.T. Neu. pl.)
        evei ku:rekke varugina? ‘Which (are) coming to the house?’
        which - house (Dat.) - come (P.T. Neu. pl.)
6.1.4.2.2 Verbal
   i)    ava ve:le se:ga ‘She (is) doing work’
         she - work - do (P.T.)
         ava enna se:ga? ‘What (is) she doing’
         she - what - do (P.T.)
   ii)   ra:mä adikke po:gä ‘Raman (is) going there’
         Raman - there - go (P.T.)
         ra:mä edikke po:gä? ‘Where Raman (is) going?’
