while the others express endearment, contempt or certainty. These morphemes are called particles. The conjunctions and disjunctions are also included in this.
3.4.1. There are five different particles of emphasis :

a) s
b) la~sla
c) l
d) (i) ga (ii) ma
e) bla
f) las
a)  s : It emphasises a part of the sentence.

Examples :
bu-s tamkhlaynani
‘What is to be done now ?’
kra ani-thani- s
‘The turtle is right with me.’
yakhu phalkay-s puyha manani.
‘There will be money only be selling the mat.’

b) la ~ sla : It is a sort of provocative for the listener to reply a kind of question that anticipates some answer.

Examples :
brgni tmu nay-la
‘Do observe the behaviour of the man.’
m ahay khlay nยต-sla
‘We do like this, what about you?’

c) l: It denotes contempt and is added only to nouns.

Examples :
samani-l ktr ktr
‘Talking is certainly big.’
bsag-l naychigy nugya
‘Don’t you look at your body properly?’

d) (i) ga: It emphasizes the quality that is referred to.

Examples:
kamini t kaham-g&a
‘All are very nice in the village.’
b slr ga
‘He is very lazy.’

ii) ma: It also emphasises the quality of the thing referred to.

Examples :
b bmrmy naythg-ma
‘That girl is very beautiful.’
b nk ktr-ma
‘That house is very big.’
